TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTY PACKAGES
PAYMENT – A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required on booking. Full payment must be made 30 days before your party date.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS – Bookings not confirmed 30 days before your party date will be released without notice and no refund will be given.  These conditions ensure that our prices are kept to a minimum.  Please arrange for everyone in a bowling party to meet in the reception or bar area at least 30 minutes prior to your bookings, as we are unable to delay bowling times. Thank you.
CANCELLATIONS – Deposits and final payments are non-refundable and can not be offset against food and drink. Once final payment has been made, no refund can be given or offset against food or drink.
