Frequently Asked Questions

We want to ensure that you have a great time when you’re with us. We understand how important spending some quality time together is. Please see our answers to many frequently asked questions below.

Amusement Park

We’re restricting the number of visitors who can visit the park each day, to ensure we can maintain social distancing.  The only way to guarantee entry into the Amusement Park is with a pre-purchased wristband from our website.

You can purchase your wristbands here

Due to operating on a limited capacity there will only be a small number of wristbands available on the gate.

We cannot guarantee you entry to the park unless you have pre-purchased a wristband from our website.

We have introduced 3-hour time slots that are bookable here.

These sessions will ensure that social distancing can be maintained and the park can be deep cleaned between the sessions.

If you would like to just come down for a game of golf then you do not need to buy a wristband or pre book. You can just come down and pay.

1 Round of golf is included in our wristbands.

Our toilet facilities are open for guests and there is limited access. We have introduced new measures within these facilities to ensure social distancing and we’ll be preforming enhanced cleaning throughout the day.

We’ve installed a number of hand sanitizer stations in the Park and throughout the Complex. Please use the sanitizer before going on any rides.

Wearing a face covering is mandatory at some of our attractions and in the complex. Please bring one with you on the day of your visit. Otherwise, you won’t be able to access these areas.

Those exempt from wearing a face covering are:

Children under 5 years of age and those with a health condition or are disabled and a face covering would be inappropriate because it would cause difficulty, pain or severe distress or anxiety or because they cannot apply a covering and wear it in the proper manner safely and consistently.

Individual discretion should be applied in considering the use of face coverings for other children including, for example, children with breathing difficulties and disabled children who would struggle to wear a face covering.

We have a selection of food and drinks available from our outdoor eateries.

Refreshments will be available to purchase from around the park and there will also be snacks, hot and cold drinks and ice cream.

We have installed new hygiene screens at our service counters to help physically separate customers from employees.

Our outdoor rides will still operate in the rain with the exception of our Karting Track. In the event of rain, you will be able to use our Laser tag Arena instead. You will also be able to use our Congo Indoor Golf instead of our Outdoor Pirate Island Golf.

Please note, no refunds will be made due to bad weather.

Indoor Complex

Wearing a face covering is mandatory in the complex. You will need to wear these in all areas and while on your bowling lane.  Please bring one with you on the day of your visit, otherwise, you won’t be able to access these areas.

You will only be able to remove your mask when eating or drinking.

There is no booking for our Arcade.

We have limited our capacity and staff will be at our entrances to monitor numbers. You will need to give your Track and Trace details to staff when you arrive.

We have dedicated cleaners for the arcade who will be ensuring the machines are clean throughout the day.

We have reduced the capacity of our bowling lanes by half and we would recommend booking online to guarantee a lane.

You can book your lanes here

We will still be able to accept walk ins if we have space.

We are unable to give out bowling shoes at this time and as that you wear your own shoes.

Shoes must be clean with a light coloured sole. No heels or open toed shoes.

We don’t have an age limit for bowling. We have ramps available on the lanes for children to use.
