Frequently Asked Questions

We are asking all visitors to book their wristbands online to guarantee entry. We’re restricting the number of visitors who can visit the park each day, to ensure we can maintain social distancing.

We have introduced time slots that will allow for social distancing in the park.

We highly recommend visitors pre-book ride wristbands online in advance due to operating on a limited capacity. We will have a limited number of wristbands available on the day.

We will be reducing the number of visitors allowed in the park to allow for social distancing.

We have also introduced 3-hour time slots that will be bookable on the website. These sessions will ensure that social distancing can be maintained, and the park will be deep cleaned between the sessions.

Due to operating on a limited capacity, we are unable to allow free entry to our park. Visitors who wish to accompany their party will also need to purchase a wristband.

A round of golf is included with our wristbands but you can also come down and pay just to play golf.

Our toilet facilities will be open for guests and there will be limited access. We have introduced new measures within these facilities to ensure social distancing and we’ll be performing enhanced cleaning throughout the day.

We’ve installed a number of hand sanitiser stations around the building and in the park. Please wash your hands regularly and before going on any ride.

Wearing a face covering is going to be mandatory at some of our attractions and in areas of the complex. Please bring one with you on the day of your visit. Otherwise, you won’t be able to access these areas.

Those exempt from wearing a face covering are:

Children under 5 years of age and those with a health condition or are disabled and a face covering would be inappropriate because it would cause difficulty, pain or severe distress or anxiety or because they cannot apply a covering and wear it in the proper manner safely and consistently.

Individual discretion should be applied in considering the use of face coverings for other children including, for example, children with breathing difficulties and disabled children who would struggle to wear a face covering.

We will be able to offer a selection of food and drink from our outdoor eateries.

A selection of refreshments will be available to purchase from around the park, selling a range of snacks, hot and cold drinks and ice-creams.

We have installed new hygiene screens at our service counters and food stalls to help physically separate guests from employees.

Our outdoor rides will still operate in the rain except for our Karting Track. In the event of rain, you will be able to use our Laser Tag Arena instead. You will also be able to use our Indoor Congo Golf Course instead of our Outdoor Pirate Island Course.

Please note, no refunds will be made due to bad weather.
