The health and safety of our customers and team has always been our number one priority.

During these challenging times, we have taken action to enhance our structured cleaning program for the whole complex. These included a huge increase to our PPE provision, conducting risk assessments throughout our facility, in-depth staff training, application of newly-required signage, introduction of hand sanitising stations, we invested in our pre-booking website system, prepared our track and trace data capture system, and applied social distancing floor and ground markings.

Our entire complex has undergone a deep clean with all high contact areas such as handrails, door handles, rides and attractions and safety restraints have all be treated with Zoono.
