Book online now, then visit our Information Desk on the day of your visit to grab your ticket (it's right at the main entrance, next to the bowling alley). Head over to Smugglers Cove for a day of non-stop fun with unlimited soft play included with your ticket!
Make sure to arrive at Smugglers Cove at the preferred time slot you selected when booking online. One of Santa's trusty helpers will give you a shout when it's time to meet the big guy (how exciting!)!

PLEASE NOTE: your ticket doesn't guarantee exclusive access to Grotto Street, but no worries, you'll have your own special Santa visit with just your family.
The preferred time slot you select online (either 12-2pm or 2-4pm) is when your group should be in smugglers cove (you can visit all day with us, but please make sure you're there at this point); one of santa's helpers will give you a shout over the speakers when it's your groups turn to visit the main man. group allocation is issued on a first come first serve basis and cannot be pre-booked.
(some guests who visit santa are very excited to see him and will want to hang out with him all day - who wouldn't right?! - and some guests are very shy when they meet him. please be patient with our younger visitors, santa's helpers will guide people as much as they can)
